Location
We are looking into the Optimist Community Center Location.
All Youth Leadership Programs are entitled to CSWAG Membership Privileges. Please visit CSWAG Membership to learn more.
QUALIFICATIONS
FOR CONTINUING MEMBERS:
- You must be a student currently enrolled in middle or high school
- You must be in good academic standing and have no attendance or disciplinary problems at their school.
- Submit “Unofficial” transcripts or current Report Card.
- Pay all tuition and fees via Camp S.W.A.G. Payments. Please contact us at (424) 354-9196 if you require payment arrangements.
NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICANT SUBMISSION AND PROCESS:
- Be a student in middle or high school.
- New Applicants Only – Complete and submit an on-line Youth Leadership Program Application or download the Co-Ed Youth Leadership Application. Downloaded applications should be emailed to Membership or mailed directly to Camp S.W.A.G.
- Provide a copy of Current Report Card or “Unofficial” transcripts. Report cards or transcripts can be emailed to Membership, mailed directly to Camp S.W.A.G.
- Attend orientation.
- New Applicants Only – Once application and all payments and fees have been received, you will immediately receive email confirmation of your submission and payments. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a phone consultation to prepare the member for orientation.
- New Applicants Only – Show proof of age via a copy of applicant’s Birth Certificate, State Driver License or State Identification Card at orientation (For Age Verification Only).
- If payment has not been received within 24 hours of applying, your application will be discarded. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

SPONSOR A YOUTH
Are you interested in sponsoring a middle or high school student, who may not be able to afford to pay for the Youth Leadership Programs?
No problem, you can do that. To learn more about a particular Youth Leadership Program, please click one of the buttons below. As a sponsor, you will receive a 15% discount on all Youth Programs for the student(s) that you are interested in sponsoring.

Are you interested in becoming Youth Leadership Program Ambassador?
Camp S.W.A.G. is looking for five Ambassadors to help promote the Leadership programs. All Ambassadors will receive free tuition to one of the applicable One-Year Leadership Programs, when you recruit three full paying members.
If you are an adult ambassador, you will be allowed to sponsor one teen for the Leadership Program per two full paying leadership members. Please visit Ambassadors for Leadership Programs for more details.
