Camp S.W.A.G. creates hands-on opportunities that help young people strengthen leadership, communication, confidence, problem-solving, STEM knowledge, financial literacy, and real-world skills. Serving youth across Raleigh-Durham, the Piedmont Triad, and Charlotte, North Carolina , our programs combine learning, mentoring, exploration, and meaningful experiences beyond the classroom.
Responsible Technology: Camp S.W.A.G. incorporates digital literacy, AI safety, responsible technology use, and ethical decision-making where appropriate to the learning experience.

Camp S.W.A.G. creates opportunities for high school girls to contribute, meet professionals, explore entrepreneurship, and build confidence inside real professional environments.
CSWAG Girls Lead Conference Leadership Experience
High school girls ages 16–18 can gain hands-on leadership and professional experience at the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference while contributing to a professionally produced event and connecting with women entrepreneurs, professionals, speakers, exhibitors, and business leaders.
Next Generation Female Entrepreneurs
A conference opportunity for high school female entrepreneurs ages 16–18 who already own and actively operate a business. Two entrepreneurs will be selected to showcase their businesses, share their entrepreneurial journeys, and serve as Camp S.W.A.G. volunteer panel speakers at the Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference.

STEM-X Discovery Lab
STEM-X Discovery Lab sparks curiosity and confidence through hands-on, high-energy science experiences. Students explore scientific concepts while strengthening problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and a willingness to experiment.
Camp S.W.A.G. Group Mentoring Program
The Camp S.W.A.G. Group Mentoring Program connects middle and high school students with trained adult mentors through engaging group sessions and meaningful peer interaction. Students gain a supportive environment for guidance, conversation, personal growth, and future exploration.
Solar Innovation Project Lab Scholarship Access Program
Through its affiliation with Camp S.W.A.G. Academy™ , Camp S.W.A.G. provides scholarship opportunities that help eligible students access an immersive leadership, STEM, renewable energy, responsible AI, and project execution experience.
☀️ Scholarship Opportunities
Scholarship recipients participate in the Solar Innovation Project Lab, where students work in collaborative project pods and move through research, planning, design, building, testing, and presentation of a working solar-powered community hub model.
Students gain hands-on experience in renewable energy, sustainability, engineering, leadership, responsible AI, teamwork, and project execution while completing a collaborative real-world project experience.
