The “Girls Are Phenomenal” After-School Leadership Program (GAP) welcomes all eligible female middle and high school students.
This transformative program empowers girls to pursue their dreams while fostering meaningful relationships with peers and adults. Through group interactions and activities, we address key issues and promote leadership skills.
MISSION FOR THE “GIRLS ARE PHENOMENAL” AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our after-school program is dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by pre-tween, early teen, and older teen girls on a daily basis. We aim to empower girls and equip them with essential leadership skills for lifelong success. Designed to build character, the program guides each girl in finding her voice, fostering self-confidence, empowerment, and pride as she navigates through middle school, prepares for high school, and beyond.
WHAT WE DO
The “Girls Are Phenomenal” program ensures that each participant develops leadership skills through a robust curriculum delivered by experienced facilitators. Providing a safe, non-judgmental environment, we encourage girls to explore leadership within their community. Our program sparks imagination, promotes honest communication, cultivates listening skills, and encourages collaborative thinking.
The “Girls Are Phenomenal” After-School Program for Girls focuses on empowering tomorrow’s female leaders through workshops, resources, and events that promote leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
All applicants must:
- Be female students currently enrolled in middle or high school
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0, demonstrating good academic standing with no attendance or disciplinary issues at their school.

Interested in becoming a “Girls Are Phenomenal” Leadership Program Ambassador?
Camp S.W.A.G. is seeking two Ambassadors from each middle or high school to promote the Leadership programs. Ambassadors will receive free admission to one applicable Leadership Program upon recruiting two full-paying members.
