“Girls Are Phenomenal” Ambassador Program for
Middle & High School Girls

The Camp S.W.A.G. Ambassadorship Program is tailored to equip young individuals with the skills to excel as Youth Leaders, Mentors, and Coaches.

Benefits of Volunteering as a Leadership Ambassador include:

  • Complimentary One-Year Membership in the Leadership Program
  • Free Participation in a One-Week Leadership Camp upon Recruiting 8 New Leaders into any of the One-Year Leadership Programs*
  • Exciting Field Trip Opportunities
  • Recognition with a Leadership Certificate and Graduation Ceremony
  • Access to Volunteer Roles
  • Valuable Leadership Experience
  • Eligibility for Paid Youth Counselor Positions in the Second Year upon Graduation from the Ambassador Program

Middle & High School Girls

Our “Girls Are Phenomenal” (GAP) Program is dedicated to guiding girls through adolescence, nurturing their potential as future adults, and addressing the specific challenges they encounter daily. Our ultimate aim is to ensure every girl finds empowerment in her own voice.

This transformative program inspires middle and high school girls to pursue their aspirations while fostering meaningful connections with peers and mentors. Through group engagements and activities, we tackle issues crucial to girls, promoting positivity, building self-esteem, and cultivating leadership abilities. Graduates emerge as confident, empowered young women.

Designed to shape character, this program empowers each girl to discover her authentic voice, fostering self-assurance and pride. Our goal is to cultivate enduring friendships, forge new connections, and equip participants with robust leadership skills for the journey ahead.

“Girls Are Phenomenal” Assemblies & Workshops

#GirlsArePhenomenal

The Camp S.W.A.G. “Girls Are Phenomenal”  Assemblies and Workshops discuss topics that are of concern to older elementary school, middle school and high school girls. These interactive activity-based programs address the challenges that girls face everyday. Participants are allowed ask questions in a safe, non-judgmental, GIRLS-ONLY environment, that is conducive to educating, informing and mentoring girls on topics that may difficult for them to talk about with their family members or friends.

Assemblies and Workshops are offered to community groups, youth organizations and schools. The sessions are designed to educate, inform, mentor and enlighten girls from 3rd – 12th grade. All program administrators are well-trained staff, mentors and professionals.

“Girls Are Phenomenal” Robotics Program

The Camp S.W.A.G. “Girls Are Phenomenal” Robotics Program is exclusively tailored for girls, aiming to ignite their passion for S.T.E.M. careers while deepening their grasp of S.T.E.M. concepts. This engaging program blends fun with education, utilizing robotics as a hands-on approach to teaching S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) principles.

We provide “Girls Are Phenomenal” Robotics After School Programs and Summer Camps, offering opportunities for girls to explore robotics in both structured and immersive settings.
