“GIRLS ARE PHENOMENAL” LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
The “Girls Are Phenomenal” Leadership Programs for middle and high school girls is designed with girls in mind and offers a host of activities; field trips, one week resident leadership camp, monthly leadership meetings, monthly Girls Group Mentoring Meetings and much more. These Membership Programs address the unique issues that girls face everyday.
Our goal is to empower girls and help them develop vital leadership skills, via character building programs are designed to assist every girl in finding her true voice in the world, so that she is self-confident, independent, empowered and proud.
We provide a safe non-judgmental and caring environment where all girls can come together and explore what leadership is and looks like their community. The program is focused on empowering tomorrows female leaders, by providing programs, workshops, resources and events that promote leadership skills.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS (CO-ED)
The Youth (Co-Ed) Leadership Program for middle and high school students offers a host of activities; field trips, one week resident leadership camp, and much more.
These Membership Programs are designed to encourage its members to make a difference in their community by fostering respect, independence, mutual understanding, civic engagement among their peers and building strong long-lasting relationships. Members will gain a better understanding of who they are, who they aspire to be, what they have to offer no matter what profession they decide to purse.

CSWAG MEMBERSHIP
Camp S.W.A.G. Basic Membership is a twelve-month membership program open to middle and high school students. Membership allows students to opportunity to socialize, fundraise, and participate in numerous group activities.
Social media is a great tool. However, it cannot compare to human interaction; face-to-face communication, and emotional connections. These are necessary tools for youth development. Membership is about young people coming together with a common cause to enhance their community through personal growth, developing friendships and a mutual respect for one another.
AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM
Camp S.W.A.G. is committed to serving the community, adhering to our mission and providing parents with after-school programs that are educational and fun for their children. We offer the following after-school enrichment programs:
Camp S.W.A.G. is proud to offer a mentorship program to help students recognize, develop and implement a plan to pursue their ambitions and goals whether they are attending the college of their dreams, discovering new skills or solidifying future goals. We want to help teenagers develop a strong work ethic by building strong self-esteem. The mentorship program will focus mainly on: the importance of building strong relationships, the importance of volunteerism, building strong self-esteem, preparing youth for the corporate world (teaching youth how to build strong resumes, interviewing techniques, and professionalism), aiding in academic endeavors, planning/applying for colleges, and time management training. Our mentorship programs matches teens with adult volunteers of similar ethnicity, gender and cultural backgrounds.
