Camp S.W.A.G. Ambassadorship Program
Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

The Camp S.W.A.G. Ambassadorship Program is designed to empower youth to become Leaders, Mentors, and Coaches within their communities. As Ambassadors, participants play a vital role in establishing and facilitating Leadership Programs in their local areas, with support from Camp S.W.A.G.

Upon successfully launching a program and meeting recruitment goals, Ambassadors gain access to a range of exclusive benefits, including free tuition for the year, a complimentary one-year resident camp, and travel assistance.*

Program Benefits

Leadership Ambassadors who successfully recruit at least three (3) full-paying members into the One-Year Leadership Program within four months are eligible for:

  • Free Tuition for the Leadership Program.
  • Complimentary Participation in a One-Week Leadership Camp.
  • Travel Assistance for program-related activities.

Additional benefits for all Leadership Ambassadors include:

  • Comprehensive Leadership Training at no cost.
  • Access to Complimentary Field Trips (as available).
  • Opportunities for Volunteer Engagement.
  • Recognition through a Leadership Certificate and Graduation Ceremony.
  • Eligibility for Paid Youth Counselor Positions within their own Leadership Program, with appropriate adult supervision.

Responsibilities of Leadership Ambassadors

Leadership Ambassadors are expected to:

  1. Support Program Development
    • Establish and operate a Leadership Program in their community.
    • Serve as the primary Ambassador and representative for the program.
  2. Recruitment Goals
    • Recruit a minimum of three (3) new full-paying members into the One-Year Leadership Program within the first four (4) months of their enrollment in the Ambassadorship Program.
  3. Organizational Support
    • Organize and lead program meetings or sessions.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating special events.
  4. Leadership and Mentorship
    • Demonstrate strong mentorship and leadership skills when working with younger students.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and serve as a role model throughout their tenure.

Payment Requirements

  • No Upfront Payment: Enrollment in the Ambassadorship Program does not require upfront payment.
  • Prorated Payment Obligation:
    • If an Ambassador does not meet the recruitment goal of three (3) full-paying members within four (4) months, a prorated payment will be required at the conclusion of the program year.
    • This payment will cover the cost of the Leadership Program, Leadership Camp, and travel expenses.
    • Detailed information regarding payment calculations, deadlines, and procedures will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
