⭐ Youth Leadership Foundations Lab
(On-Site Edition)
A Turnkey, High-Impact Leadership Experience Delivered Directly to Your Organization
The Youth Leadership Foundations Lab brings Camp S.W.A.G.’s signature leadership development experience directly to schools, community centers, and youth organizations. Designed for grades 6–12, this year-long program builds confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and real-world leadership capacity — all in a fun, engaging, and culturally responsive environment.
The Youth Leadership Foundations Lab is available to organizations throughout the Raleigh–Durham region, the Charlotte metropolitan area, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem.
Program Overview
Monthly Leadership Labs
Each month, students participate in a 2‑hour, high‑energy leadership session focused on communication, teamwork, identity, decision‑making, and personal growth. Sessions include hands‑on activities, challenges, discussions, and real‑life leadership practice.
Quarterly Leadership Circles
Once per quarter, the Lab extends by 60 minutes for a deeper dive into leadership identity, self‑awareness, and community impact.
🤝 Student Leadership Assistants
Each session, two students are selected to serve as Leadership Assistants. This rotating role gives students the opportunity to:
Every student receives at least one opportunity to serve, ensuring equitable leadership practice throughout the year.
Community Impact Projects
Students participate in two meaningful projects per year, chosen collaboratively with coaches to build teamwork and empathy. Camp S.W.A.G. coordinates all purposeful and safe project details.
Year-End Leadership Celebration
The program concludes with a recognition ceremony featuring awards, certificates, refreshments, and student-led reflections on their leadership journey.
Enrollment Requirements
- • Minimum: 20 students
- • Maximum: 30 students
- • Grade Levels: Middle and high school students (Grades 6–12)
- • Academic Standing: Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
- • Conduct: Must be in good standing and not currently under suspension or facing serious disciplinary action
- • Organizations may run multiple cohorts if needed
Program Fee & Payment Terms
Annual Fee: $16,000 per site
• Payment is due upon receipt.
• Programs are not confirmed and will not begin until payment is received.
• School districts requiring Net 10 terms may be accommodated upon request; however, program start dates must occur after payment is processed.
