Camp S.W.A.G. is a state nonprofit delivering progressive, hands‑on STEM learning for youth in Grades 2–8. Partnership pricing reflects four age-adapted workshops, core materials, student Mission Portfolios, program preparation, facilitation, and the educational depth of the STEM-X experience for partners throughout the Raleigh‑Durham, Piedmont Triad, and Charlotte service corridor.

Event booth pricing is customized based on:

🚐 Regional Travel Fee 🗺️
A flat travel fee applies to each program visit to support transportation, travel time, setup, and materials handling:
- Raleigh‑Durham Area:
- $50 per visit
- Piedmont Triad Area:
- $75 per visit
- Charlotte Area:
- $100 per visit
- Other communities within the Raleigh‑Durham-to-Charlotte service corridor:
- Quoted according to distance and program logistics
Parking, tolls, lodging, or other extraordinary travel expenses, when applicable, will be included in the partnership quote.

💳 Payment Policy & Terms
Full payment (or a signed purchase order for schools that require one) is due at the time of booking. Programs are not confirmed, and dates are not reserved, until payment or an approved purchase order is received.
