The Camp S.W.A.G. Project Management & Execution Lab is a hands-on leadership program for 7th–10th grade students who are ready to move beyond passive learning and step into real responsibility. This is not about lectures or simulations—students work in structured teams (“pods”) to plan, organize, and execute a real initiative that delivers a measurable community impact.

Because the program is built entirely around action, accountability, and teamwork, we look for motivated students who are open to collaboration and ready to take on real responsibility in a supportive, positive group environment.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Motivated Students: 7th–10th graders who want to build real-world experience, not sit through passive lectures.
  • Team Players: Students who work well with others or want to grow their leadership confidence in structured group environments.
  • Action-Oriented: Teens ready to take responsibility for real outcomes, navigate operational challenges, and work toward shared goals.

Eligibility & Program Requirements

Before beginning the application, please ensure you meet the following baseline criteria:

  • Grade Level: Must be currently enrolled in 7th–10th grade (2026-2027 School Year).
  • Academic Standing: Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent strong academic standing, and in good standing with your current school.
  • Full Participation: Commitment to participate in all three program phases:
    • Phase 1: Foundations (In-person sessions in April & May)
    • Phase 2: Summer Intensive (Mid-June – July; 4 days per week, 6 hours per day)
    • Phase 3: Community Impact Capstone (Late July – Early August execution event)

Program Investment

  • A $100 one-time non-refundable application fee is required to submit this form. This fee supports application review, eligibility verification, and cohort placement planning. Due to limited cohort capacity in Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte, application submission does not guarantee acceptance.
  • The total program investment is $2,750 per student (includes all phases, project materials, and official program polo shirt). Payment plans are available upon acceptance, and all payments must be completed prior to the start of the program.

The 5-Step Application Journey

Step 1

Application Submission & Processing Fee

Complete the online Project Management Lab Application form below and upload the student’s unofficial report card or transcript. The $100 non-refundable application processing fee is due at the time of submission.

Step 2

Admissions Committee Review

Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis in the order they are received. We evaluate the student’s academic records, short-answer responses, and overall readiness for Project Management Lab Program. Applicants who meet the criteria will receive conditional acceptance to hold your spot. However, formal acceptance will not be granted until the school verification form is received and reviewed.

Step 3

Counselor Verification & Final Onboarding

To finalize admission accepted candidates must complete the institutional verification process within 10 days of acceptance. Because this form requires parental consent to authorize the release of records, families must initiate the workflow immediately. Final onboarding materials are released once official validation is received directly from the school.

  1. Download the official School Verification Form.
  2. A parent or guardian must fill out and sign the Parental Consent Section first.
  3. Deliver the signed form to your school counselor or registrar. They will verify your records and submit the document directly to us via secure email.

☀️ Summer Application Note: If you are applying during the summer while schools are closed, your conditional acceptance slot remain fully secure. You will have exactly ten (10) days from the official re-opening date of your school for the 2026–2027 academic year to complete this process with your school official.

  2. Academic Verification: A copy or clear photo of your most recent report card or transcript to verify GPA, grade level and school standing.
  3. Application Fee Payment: A payment method to process the $100 fee upon submission.
