Empowering Youth Through Group Mentorship
At Camp S.W.A.G., we believe that group mentorship transforms lives. Our program delivers focused, skills-based development programs to middle and high school students by partnering with organizations that serve youth throughout the Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, and Triad metro areas of North Carolina
A Community-Focused Approach
Through our structured Group Mentoring Sessions, youth throughout Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, and the Triad gain peer support, collaborative learning, and real-world sill development and confidence and career awareness, insights that prepare them to succeed in school, career, and life.
What We Offer
Group Mentoring & Partnership Opportunities
We partner directly with organizations, community groups, clubs, and any concerned individual who has a group of middle or high school youth ready for a structured, customizable group mentoring experience.
Program Details:
- • This program brings our curriculum and trained mentors directly to your location.
- • Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, running for a brief, 6-week commitment.
- • High-quality experience maintained with no more than 30 youth per group.
Career and Life Skills Development for Youth
Our mentorship goes beyond conversation. The core of our group program is delivering vital Career and Life Skills training, preparing future-ready leaders.

Group Mentoring Tracks
Camp S.W.A.G. offers three mentoring pathways designed to meet the diverse needs of youth across Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, and the Triad. Each track follows our six-week, mentor-guided format and is delivered through supportive, conversation-based sessions.
Track 1: Life Navigation
A supportive, conversation‑driven mentoring experience that helps youth navigate everyday challenges.

Program Administrative & Extension Fees
Partnership Administrative Fee
The initial 6-week program is provided at no cost. A $150 non-refundable administrative fee is required upon acceptance.
Customized Track Administrative Fee
Organizations selecting the Customized Track will pay the standard $150 Administrative Fee plus a $100 Customization Fee ($250 total).
Program Extension (Additional Time)
Should you require additional weeks beyond the initial six, a separate fee will apply for sessions exceeding the commitment.
