Camp S.W.A.G. is selecting two high school female entrepreneurs to share their business journeys, showcase their businesses, and serve as volunteer panel speakers at the Spring 2027 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference in New York City.

Next Generation Female Entrepreneurs is designed for high school girls ages 16–18 who have already taken the step from having an idea to operating a real business.
Two selected entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to bring their businesses into a professional conference environment and share what they have learned with an audience of women entrepreneurs, professionals, business leaders, and conference attendees.

Previous conference or public-speaking experience is not required.
Put Your Business in Front of the Room
Each selected entrepreneur will receive a complimentary business booth during the conference.
The booth gives participants an opportunity to introduce attendees to their businesses and share their products, services, or other business information.

Eligibility
This opportunity is for girls who are already operating their own businesses.
- Be a female student ages 16–18
- Be currently enrolled in high school or a homeschool high school program
- Own and actively participate in operating an existing business
- Be able to clearly explain your business and your role in operating it
- Demonstrate responsibility, initiative, and professionalism
- Be willing to serve as a volunteer panel speaker
- Be available for required preparation
- Be available to participate in person at the Spring 2027 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference in New York City
- Have parent or guardian consent if under age 18
How to Get Started
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until both volunteer panel speaker opportunities are filled. Early application is encouraged.

Parent or guardian consent is required for selected participants under age 18.
Complimentary Parent Ticket
Each selected entrepreneur receives one complimentary General Admission ticket for one parent or guardian.

Is this opportunity only for girls who already own businesses?
Yes. Applicants must already own and actively participate in operating an existing business.
How many entrepreneurs will be selected?
Two high school female entrepreneurs will be selected to serve as volunteer panel speakers.
Do I need previous public-speaking experience?
No. Previous conference or public-speaking experience is not required.
Will I have an opportunity to showcase my business?
Yes. Each selected entrepreneur will receive a complimentary business booth.
Is conference admission included?
Yes. Each selected entrepreneur receives complimentary conference admission.
Can a parent or guardian attend?
Yes. Each selected entrepreneur receives one complimentary General Admission ticket for one parent or guardian.
