In his role, Leon-Claude leads strategic planning, program development, and internal growth initiatives that ensure Camp S.W.A.G.’s programs are thoughtfully designed, well-supported, and aligned with the organization’s mission. He oversees operational logistics, vendor partnerships, and resource planning in support of hands-on STEM learning, enrichment experiences, mentorship, and leadership development.

Leon-Claude plays a key role in shaping Camp S.W.A.G.’s approach to emerging technologies as part of a broader commitment to youth empowerment. He emphasizes ethical and age-appropriate engagement with generative AI, digital well-being, and critical thinking, ensuring technology serves as a tool for growth rather than a definition of identity.

Across residential camps, virtual learning environments, and leadership tracks serving youth ages 13 to 19, Leon-Claude champions experiential learning that helps young people make sense of their experiences as valuable inputs – sources of insight they can use to build self-awareness, confidence, and leadership capacity over time.
