Camp S.W.A.G. Academy™ Project Management Lab Schedule

Academy Launch Reception & Family Orientation

Students and families officially begin the Academy experience by meeting the leadership team, receiving program materials, reviewing expectations, connecting with student pods, and enjoying a light catered reception before the program begins.

Leadership Launch

Students begin their immersive leadership experience through team formation, leadership development, project management fundamentals, responsible AI instruction, community project selection, pod assignments, and initial project planning.

Hands-On Cohort Building & Fieldwork

Students work collaboratively in leadership pods to execute their community impact project while developing leadership, communication, teamwork, project management, and ethical AI skills through real-world application.

✨ Fridays Off: Fridays are intentionally reserved to provide students and families with personal time while allowing flexibility for project adjustments, leadership coaching, guest speakers, optional enrichment activities, or community partnership meetings as needed.

Community Impact Showcase

Students lead and present their completed community impact project while showcasing the leadership, teamwork, and project management skills developed throughout the program.

Graduation & Recognition Ceremony

Students are recognized for completing the program and receive certificates, awards, and program recognition alongside their families.
