CSWAG Girls Lead Conference Leadership Experience
Step inside a professional women’s conference and experience leadership, event operations, entrepreneurship, professional connections, storytelling, and business from a whole new perspective.

CSWAG Girls Lead gives high school girls ages 16–18 the opportunity to contribute to the Spring 2027 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference while gaining firsthand exposure to women entrepreneurs, professionals, business leaders, speakers, exhibitors, and the people working behind the scenes to bring a major event to life.
Selected girls will complete an approximately four-hour structured volunteer experience and receive complimentary General Admission access to the daytime conference.
The experience combines hands-on responsibilities, conference programming, professional interaction, entrepreneurship exposure, and opportunities to build confidence in a real professional environment.
More Than a Volunteer Shift
Girls will contribute to the conference, experience selected programming, explore businesses and exhibitors, meet professional women, and gain a firsthand look at leadership and event operations in action.
Build Skills You Can Carry Forward
Girls will practice real-world skills while contributing to a professional conference and interacting with women across business, leadership, and professional careers.
Leadership
Take responsibility, contribute to a team, and represent Camp S.W.A.G. professionally.

Practice speaking with attendees, professionals, business owners, speakers, and volunteers.

Work with other CSWAG girls to complete assignments and support conference activities.

Applicants may indicate the assignment that interests them most. Final assignments will reflect interests, strengths, available positions, and conference needs.

Girls on the Conference Leadership & Guest Experience Team will rotate through different areas of the conference while helping create an organized and welcoming experience.

Selected volunteers will rotate through the Camp S.W.A.G. booth and help create an engaging CSWAG presence throughout the conference.

What I Wish I Knew at 16
The CSWAG booth will feature an interactive activity inviting women attending Connect & Thrive to share something they wish they had known when they were 16.
CSWAG volunteers will invite attendees to participate, collect responses, and help capture insights that can later be shared with other girls.
Camp S.W.A.G. Youth Leadership Room
Camp S.W.A.G. volunteers will have a dedicated Youth Leadership Room during the conference — a central space for preparation, connection, meals, volunteer transitions, professional conversations, and reflection.
CSWAG Lunch & Learn
Selected conference speakers, entrepreneurs, professionals, or business leaders may join the girls in the Youth Leadership Room for an informal small-group conversation.
Girls will have opportunities to ask questions about careers, entrepreneurship, leadership, education, confidence, professional growth, and lessons learned along the way.
Professional Connection Challenge
Girls will be encouraged to actively explore the conference and practice introducing themselves in professional settings.

Next Generation Female Entrepreneurs
High school girls ages 16–18 who already own and actively operate a business can apply for a separate Camp S.W.A.G. opportunity at the Spring 2027 Connect & Thrive Women’s Conference.
Two female entrepreneurs will be selected to showcase their businesses, serve as Camp S.W.A.G. volunteer panel speakers, and connect with women entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders.

🚗 Arrival & Departure
